GENERAL WARRANTY LETTER

Retha’s Kitchens warrants a limited lifetime warranty on all labour performed and material installed, in accordance with the contract, drawings, specifications, alterations and additions thereto from the date of installation.

This warranty does not include normal wear and tear, product abuse or misuse, damages caused by the owner modifying, attempting to fix or altering the material. This warranty does not warrant that the material won’t become obsolete at some point in the future.

Under this warranty, Retha’s Kitchens will be provided the opportunity to have one of our representatives access any damage identified to be caused by our employees and/or material installed.

If said damage is judged to be the fault of Retha’s Kitchens workmanship and/or material, we will, at no cost to the owner repair or replace defective material.

1. Introduction
